We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the order delivery date
- The item is unused and unwashed
- The item is returned in its original packaging, undamaged — torn, missing, or damaged packaging will result in the return being rejected
- All original garment tags must still be attached — items with removed or detached tags will not be accepted under any circumstances
- The item is not a sale or discounted item — all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing original tags or packaging for reasons not due to a defect on our part.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1. Email us at support@inknotslab.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns may result in delays or rejection.
Step 2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
Step 3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining your tracking number as proof of shipment.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when a returned item meets all eligibility criteria and is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
If you have not received your refund within 10 days of receiving our approval notification, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@inknotslab.com.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
Defective or incorrectly shipped items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover all return and re-shipping costs. Please contact us at support@inknotslab.com with photos of the item within 14 days of delivery.
Size or fit exchanges: We understand that sizing can be tricky. If you would like to exchange an item due to sizing or other non-defect reasons, please note:
- Both the return shipping cost (sending the item back to us) and the re-shipping cost (sending the new size to you) are the responsibility of the customer
- The exchanged item must meet all return eligibility conditions above (unused, tags attached, original packaging intact)
