This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on [www.inknotslab.com].

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation. To qualify, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
In original packaging with all tags attached
Full-price items (Final Sale and discounted items are excluded)

Inknots reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process

Request: Email support@inknotslab.com with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: Await confirmation and shipping instructions before returning items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipment: Send the item back via a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Refunds

Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. You will be notified of approval status via email.
Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Inquiries: If your refund has not appeared within 10 days of approval, please consult your payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 14 days with photo proof. We will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements.
Size Exchanges: Subject to availability. Customers cover shipping costs for both return and reshipment. If the size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Final Sale or discounted items
Items worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging

Liability & Additional Terms

In-Transit Risk: Inknots is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Retain your proof of postage and tracking details.
Failed Deliveries: Refused shipments or orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
