This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.inknotslab.com.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment locations in New Jersey (USA), GuangZhou (China), or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and internal inventory management.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia and Japan.
We are currently unable to ship to:
- Active conflict zones where carrier services are suspended
- U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses
- Some rural or remote areas (may experience extended delivery times)

All delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch and are provided by the carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties — Included
We ship all international orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable customs duties and standard import taxes are covered upfront — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Exceptions: A small number of destinations — including Norway and Brazil — may be subject to import duties or taxes payable upon delivery due to local regulations. For these destinations, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. If unexpected charges arise after shipment without prior notice from us, we will either cover the cost or assist with a return, depending on the circumstances. If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid duties in a destination where duties are the customer's responsibility, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Tracking & Last-Mile Delivery
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
For international shipments, tracking updates may appear inactive while your parcel is in transit between carriers or crossing borders. Updates will resume once the parcel is scanned by the last-mile carrier in your country. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.
We actively monitor shipments and will address any delivery issues as early as possible. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@inknotslab.com.
Order & Address Changes
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the items, recipient name, or shipping address. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Unclaimed Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses at checkout. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period (typically 3–7 business days depending on destination), it may be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations around your address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. For packages that appear genuinely lost in transit, please contact us at support@inknotslab.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
